Each jersey is fitted with custom-made, reinforced panels, piping and sweat absorption patches at the underarm and back of the neck.
The Sublimation Process
All Team Spirit custom-made rugby jerseys are produced using the sublimation printing method. This printing method involves heating the fabric and the ink at the time of application. When the fabric cools after application, the design is locked into the fabric. This is the most suitable method for custom rugby jerseys as the print does not fade, the fabric is extremely strong and it is harder for the opposition to grip in tackles.
