If you are looking to do some work with your front row on their own then the 1 to 2 man sled is the way to go. You can easily change from a 2 to a 1 man sled by removing the centre pad and moving the outside pads inwards, making it simple to teach superior technique and leg drive.

Constructed from light-weight aluminium, this machine is easy to assemble & disassemble down to a carry bag weighing only 24kg. It also comes complete with a water bladder capable of replicating 180kg of front row. It is very useful for improving scrummaging and leg drive and is great for individual training.
