"Nimbin Headers football club is a small club in a regional area. The club owns and has maintained its fields for 25 years. In 2011, the club was successful in applying for a youth grant from Lismore City Council. Part of the grant was to purchase new jerseys for the juniors who had played the last few seasons in old, worn, oversized jerseys. Wearing these jerseys had impacted negatively on team pride and the kids' motivation to continue playing football. Several quotes were sought for the design and supply of the jerseys.
