Team Spirit Logos & Numbers |
Logos, names and numbers are printed directly into sublimated rugby jerseys during the manufacturing process. Knitted rugby jerseys, rugby shorts and other casual-wear require logos to be applied after manufacturing via embroidery, screen-printing or thermofilm. Logos can be applied in a variety of positions.

Embroidery - This process is great for club, school and corporate logos and can incorporate many colours in intricate designs. Embroidery produces a sharp and professional result.

Screen Printing - This is the most cost-effective method for applying larger logos with fewer colours. Minimum numbers apply as a screen must be made for each colour within the design.

Thermofilm - Numbers and Names are usually cut from thermofilm and applied with a heat-press. This film looks sharp and can withstand industrial washing. It is also suitable for simple logos or garments that require durability eg. workwear. This method is less suitable for multi-coloured or intricate designs.

Applique - is a striking new addition to the Team Spirit range of applications. Letters & numbers, made from a contrasting fabric are attached to the garment with a feature stitch around the outside.

Numbers (on poly-cotton rugby jerseys) - Numbers, made from thermo-film are heat-pressed onto knitted poly-cotton rugby jerseys. These are available in a range of colours in sizes 10cm, 20cm and 25 cm high.
