The Sublimation Process

The sublimation process involves applying the ink via transfer paper onto the fabric under extreme heat and pressure. This process is the same for all sublimated custom rugby uniforms. When the fabric cools, the design (including crests, names and numbers) and colours are locked into the fabric. This process enables unlimited scope for design and colour. The fabric is 100% polyester so the design will never fade.

LiTek – is a lightweight, breathable fabric with is ideal for juniors, rugby carnivals, 7’s competitions or a warm climate.

DuraTek - is a strong, robust fabric that will give your club many seasons of wear. It is suitable for both junior and adult competitive teams.
